Wildflour Bakery in Chertsey, Surrey is family bakery run by Chris Harris, a third generation baker. As they say baking is in his blood. Chris grew up in the bakery learning all the tricks of the trade from his father (who still works in the bakery) and his grandfather.

Our fresh, local, modernised bakery is located on the Surrey / Berkshire border, just off the M25 which means we are in an excellent position to server our varied client base. We supply some of the most reputable restaurants, hotels, cafes and delis in and around Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, London and the Home Countries.

In addition we thoroughly enjoy trading at various farmers markets including Maidenhead, Henley-on-Thames, West Hampstead, Little Chalfont and Purley.

All our products are handmade using a variety of traditional methods, with natural ingredients and with the same love and proven recipes from our early days 18 years ago.

To help us provide the highest quality of products including traditional breads, rolls, pastries and rolls we use the same proven recipes, as well as adapting to new ideas and today’s trends. Whenever possible we like to use local products and services and these include the local brewery and cider.
